• Server IDs of the specified servers you've added the bot to

• Warns, Kicks, Bans, Mutes, and coherant moderation actions taken upon you in guilds

• Messages and their content, including ones that you have edited or deleted

• Calendars, calendar events, and calendar event content

We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, and improving our services.

Automated Decision Making

Pomelo may employ automated systems, including AI-driven analysis, to detect and respond to suspicious or abusive behavior. Such processing may result in automated actions (e.g., warnings, mutes, bans). You have the right to request human review of any automated decision by contacting us as above.

On what legal bases do we process your information?

We do not have a scheduled deletion time but we can delete your information upon request. Message content will not be accessible to any user after 1 day of your initial message being stored and deleted within a reasonable time period following that to protect your privacy.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
